The DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference is an association of cities and villages located in DuPage County, Illinois. Founded in 1962, the Conference represents 36 member municipalities. Its primary purpose is to facilitate intergovernmental discussion and cooperation between its municipal members, county, regional, state and national governmental bodies, local businesses and other organizations working on matters of interest to local government. The Conference assists its members and the region by providing research, technical assistance, educational training and leadership development opportunities.

The mayor/president and manager/administrator from each member municipality are voting delegates to the Conference and may serve on the Conference’s committees. These committees and the Conference’s Board of Directors carry out activities organized into five major programs: Intergovernmental Relations, Legislation, Planning, Regulatory Issues, and Transportation.
